Dear Tulku Lobsang,

Thank you so much for your lessons cc movements and breath for our body.
But your such a wise man, what can we learn about our food?

Best regards,
Wanja, Amsterdam

Response from Tulku Lobsang:

Dear Wanja,

Food is the root of the happiness. Food is our innate love. This means that we need to have a good relationship with food. Food makes us relax, allows us to rest and makes us happy. Therefore, if you really want to be happy person, you must have a good relationship with food. This means, don't eat too much, and don't eat too little. And don't eat wrong combinations of foods.
