New Year Message

Every 100 years we have one big change.
Every year we have one big change.
Every day we have one big change.
We reincarnate one time. We start a new life.
But what is the secret to really enjoying this new life?

Every night, you go to sleep and every morning, you wake up. It means that every day, you die one time and you reincarnate one time. It is the same with every new year. You start a new life.

New life is like an empty book. You can decide what you want to write in it. Every morning, every year, every birth we get the chance to write a new book, the book that we really like. How do we do this? By letting go and letting in.

End this year by letting go of all the things that you no longer want in your life. Anything that has happened that you do not want, especially the hard or painful things, just leave them. Don’t follow them. Don’t hold onto any part of the past that you don’t like. Just let it go.

Then, start the new year by letting into your life all the things that you want, all the things that you like. Invite the things you like into your life. Don’t reject them or close yourself off to things you like. Be open to them. Let them come into your life.

Let go and let in, that is all we need to do.
I wish you all a very happy new year.
