Über mich
Since 01 sep 2020 I retired as an airline pilot. Now I can fully focus on my second passion Tibetan buddhism. In the past I was following course of hatha yoga, Tai chi and Tai chi sword but when I saw Tog Chöd demonstration on a health day, I was completly convinced this is it. I looked for a teacher and in 2015 I became a certified Tog Chöd teacher. In 2019 Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche accepted me as a Tog Chöd educator, which means that I can train people to become a Tog Chöd teacher. This is a great honour for me. I also became a Shiné teacher and in 2022 a Lu Jong1 teacher. To improve my knowledge I studied 3years Tibetan medicine with Dr Pasang and also an online course with Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche. I did many retreats with Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche like Tsa Lung, Tummo, Bliss, Tibetan Psychology, dream yoga, etc... As certified teacher of Tog Chöd, Shiné and Lu Jong I like to share my knowledge with other people so that they can improve their health and become a healthier and happier person. My courses are in the northern part of Belgium near the Netherlands border. I also give courses in Spain, namely in the costa blanca, south of Torrevieja and close to the region of Murcia.
