Sobre mí
On my path to becoming a shiné practitioner and teacher,
I came to be an artist, a herbalist, a shepherd and cow herder, and recently a mother.
I experience Shiné/calm abiding as very essential, healthy and grounding.
Walking this path of Shiné meditation is a source of wisdom, clarity and Peace.
The practice helps me to be more present, connected and aware in daily life.
It enables me to abide where I want and make conscious choices and perceive reality more clear, lively and rich.
Because of this deep experience, I would be very happy to pass on these very precious teachings of Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche.
