In order to experience health and happiness, our body and our mind have to be harmonized as those two are deeply connected with each other. On the one hand, the state of our mind has a large influence on the health of our body, on the other hand it is possible to use our body for reaching our mind.
Regular meditation practice – even if it is simple and short – leads to a mind that is more balanced, more relaxed and calmer and therefore has an incredibly positive effect on our physical wellbeing.
On the other hand, we can use the body as „vehicle“ for dissolving conceptional thoughts, thereby reaching a clear state of mind. This enables us to develop deep love and all-embracing compassion.
