About me
I've long been interested in understanding the mind to better cope with all of life's challenges. My interest in this area began to emerge when I was playing tennis at a high national level. At that time, I realized the importance that the mind plays in everything we do in life. I soon realized that understanding the mind and training it was no easy task.
Fortunately, I met Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche and was slowly able to receive the help I needed to advance on my journey. This process led me to gradually develop an interest in all the teachings of Tibetan Buddhism and I truly discovered that it is possible to improve our mind if we have the right methods and wisdoms.
Since then, I've received many teachings, taken part in numerous retreats, deepened my practice and maintained a close bond with Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche. This has enabled me to become a certified teacher in several methods that are mainly linked to Tantrayana Buddhism and Tulku Lobsang, such as Lu Jong, Tog Chöd, Tsa Lung and Shiné (Shamatha).
