I traveled in Ladakh and Tibetan monasteries from the age of 10 and spent most of my life on the road. I entered Buddhism in 1997, then took a break, and since 2015 I have been authorized to transmit several Tibetan Buddhist yogas (Lu Jong, Kum Nye, Tog Chöd) as well as Thai yoga (Ruesi Dat Ton) and Buddhist meditation.

In a Western context, I am also a certified sophrology practitioner and hold a State Diploma in Physical Activities for All with a focus on wellbeing.
I will soon complete six years of Advanced Buddhist Studies.

As an educator, I train future teachers in Lu Jong 1, Tog Chöd, and Thai Ruesi Dat Ton yoga. I also train new therapists in Nuad Boran Level 1 Thai massage.
