About me
I am honored to share the healing wisdom of Tibetan practices as a dedicated holistic healing practitioner and certified teacher of Lu Jong I & 5 Elements. With over a decade of experience in energy healing and as a Certified Reiki Master Practitioner, I have seen firsthand how these powerful techniques bring harmony to body and mind, guiding individuals toward profound transformation.
My journey began in 2013 when I became a Certified Reiki Practitioner, helping clients achieve balance and well-being. Over the past 29 years, esteemed teachers like Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche, H.E. Khangser Rinpoche, H.E. Zong Rinpoche, and formerly, Lama Zopa Rinpoche have guided and shaped my Buddhist studies. Under their mentorship, I’ve understood the profound impact of thoughts and emotions on our lives. This insight has deepened my appreciation for Lu Jong, a practice that unites meditation and movement to create physical and mental healing.
Through Lu Jong, I experience a more flexible spine and body, a focused mind, and a greater sense of peace, free from worldly concerns, anxiety, and attachments that do not serve my well-being. Since retiring, I have fully committed myself to this spiritual path, believing deeply that self-care and dedicated practice are the foundations of a fulfilling life.
I am dedicated to making these healing practices accessible to those who may not ordinarily have the means to afford them. With a heart to serve, I offer my services free of charge, focusing on individuals and communities who would benefit from these transformative experiences but may not otherwise have access. I hope to provide everyone a space for healing, growth, and peace, regardless of financial circumstances.
