About me
After reaching a point in my life where my body was constantly painful and I felt stressed very often, I knew I had to change something. Fortunately, I didn't have to wait long until I met a very special person, who was the first to introduce me to the incredible Tantric Buddhist methods taught by Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche. At that time I was still living in Norway and was able to join a fantastic group of practitioners who will always remain in my heart. My inner journey had begun. After a while I could feel great benefits from the practices I had been taught.
In 2012 I met Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche for the first time, and everything he taught and said made so much sense that my motivation became even stronger. I started to follow teachings and retreats under his guidance which allowed me to progress further in my journey. It is a bumpy road to work with yourself, but it is well worth it. After some time, I also took educations that allowed me to become a certified teacher in Lu Jong, Tog Chöd and Tsa Lung.
My wish now is to share what I have learned with others and my hope is that it will help them on their path.
