About me
I am an educator of Lu Jong 1 and also a teacher for Lu Jong 2.
I teach the method both presential and online. I have several years of expereince in teaching Lu Jong on chair as well.
My way of teaching has been more in a small group base and maybe more intimate, probably this is my profile. I have received countless benefits through this method all these years and always my inner work is the first priority so that I can transmit better the quality of this practice and also my aspiration is to become the living example of this incredible healing yoga.
