About me
My name is Claudia Meirelles. I am born in Brasil and live in Holland. But every year i am In Brazilie with the family and teaching Yoga and giving retraites in Ayurveda and now also about Lu Jong and The 5 elementes.
In Baarn where i live, i have a small school for Ayurveda, Yoga and Healing TAO. Every month we have a Sangha together where we sit in meditation, talk about nice teachtings and sing mantras.
i love to teach and be together with soul mates. You are welkom to enjoy us.
