About me
Born in the vibrant city of Barcelona in 1976, I embarked on a transformative journey into the world of holistic well-being in 2009. My initiation into the practice of Tantric Buddhist Meditation was guided by the wisdom and teachings of Ngawang Soedren and Lama Dondrub. This marked the beginning of a profound exploration into various Traditional Tibetan Yogas, such as Lu Jong, Tsa Lung, and Tummo.
My dedication to the ancient practices deepened as I received direct teachings from revered masters like Tulku Lobsang or Bob Thurman (Vajra Yoga) enriching my understanding of the intricate nuances of Tibetan yogic traditions. The wisdom imparted by these masters not only shaped my practice but also ignited a passion within me to share these transformative teachings with others.
Over the years, my journey led me to embrace profound and meditative aspects of different disciplines related to meditation like Samatha, Vipassana and Tibetan Yogas like Chöd, Tsa Lung or Tummo. The practice of Tummo has become an integral part of my spiritual path, inspiring me to cultivate a holistic approach to yoga that goes beyond the physical postures.
As a yoga teacher, I am committed to creating a sacred space where students can explore the depths of their practice, integrating the wisdom of Tantric Buddhism and Traditional Tibetan Yogas. Through a mindful blend of meditation, breathwork, and yogic postures, I aim to guide individuals on a journey of self-discovery, inner balance, and holistic well-being.
