About me
I am a Vajrayana Buddhist who originally took refuge in 2002.
I practice and teach Lu Jong from an accessibility perspective and believe that Lu Jong's accessibility for differently able people is its greatest asset.
My Courses
I teach basic meditation(not certified via Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche) and the Five Elements.
I am semi-retired, however, and am rarely available to teach.
