Hello, I´m AnaMar ,
Learning Lu Jong was the beginning for a great new advanture, that allowed me to
meet our Master Tulku Lobsang Ripoché to whom i am very grateful and learn from
his precious teachings.
By practicing Lu Jong , we bring peace to our mind, health to our body and expantion
to our soul.
