About me
I am a teacher, artist and author and work as well as an independant researcher working with the world heritage issues through UNESCOs scientific committees. From 1992 I have studied Tibetan Tibetan Buddhism in Norway, Europa, and Tibetan ritual Cham dances, in Tibetan monasteries, and at the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives, in Himachal Pradesh, in India. I have presented this work nationally and internationally in articles, lectures, seminars, photo-and film exhibitions.
I have been following retreats and teachings from Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche since 2005, when he accepted me as a teacher of Tibetan Secret Yoga of the Five elements, the preliminary practices of Tsa Lung. After that I was organising his teachings in NMI Norway, in Oslo, from 2006 - 2013. I feel a special connection to Green Tara, and was encouraged by Rinpoche to establish an independant Taracenter. Rinpoche asked me to write a book about mindfulness based on his international retreats - so I did, and the result was "Mindfulness in Daily Life", distributed from NMI.
I have followed teachings and certification programs in Lu Jong (2007), Tsa Lung (2005 and 2007), mindfulness (2013), and Shiné (2022). After that I have followed retreats in Tsa Lung, tummo, bliss, Kum Nye massase and other topics as well.
My Courses
I teach for individuals, groups, companies, and public institutions on various topics from Buddhist philosophy, mindfulness, Shiné and preliminary practices of Tsa Lung, and I integrate the Lu Jong practice in the teachings.
