I'm Raquel, I created Casa de Raízes a place for personal and professional development.
I was Executive director and human resources in a company from 2016 to 2022.
After that I took the Coaching course and that allowed me to teach Lu Jong and Tog Chod in different contexts like companies, health centers, schools and wellness spaces.
