Amante del arte y la creatividad en todas sus manifestaciones, he estado conectada profesional y personalmente al mundo del arte desde hace más de 20 años, como ilustradora digital, y a la música como profesional de la voz.
Profesora de Lu Jong 1,Los Cinco Elementos, Tog Chöd, y Meditación Shiné, me dedico a compartir los métodos de Tulku Lobsang y la sabiduría ancestral del Budismo Tibetano, ayudando a generar bienestar y auto consciencia a través de la conexión con el cuerpo, la voz y la mente.
