I teach gentle and intense Tsa Lung.
I am also a yoga teacher and breath instructur.

I love the blend of the sacred and the scientific in moving the body, breathing and balancing life.
Through a huge life crisis I learned a lot about suffering, loss, love and beeing able to hold room for other's pain and difficult emotions. I stay, I listen.
I love moving with others, swimming in the ocean, and writing (I am a writer too.)
