About me
I am Helga Ebeling, Lu Jong 1 and Five element teacher and educator.
After my career in science policy, I started to study Tibetan Medicine, Mindfulness Meditation and massage techniques (Kum Nye) and became a Lu Jong 1 teacher in early 2013. I teach mainly in Donoussa, which is a small remote island in the South Aegean (Greece). It is an ideal place to learn, teach and practice Lu Jong in nature and to activate the self-healing capacities of body and mind.
My Courses
2025, in spring and autumn, I will offer three 3-5 days Lu Jong retreats in Donousa for small groups with max. 4-5 participants. They include an introduction to Lu Jong, especially the Five Elements, and a special focus on breathing techniques for advanced participants.

A Teacher Education Course of in total 100 hrs is in preparation for September - December 2025 including practical and written exams to prepare for the worldwide online Live Lu Jong 1 Teacher Education Masterclass with Tulku Lobsang 20 - 22 February 2026.
The timetable will be fixed in cooperation with the participants.

There are regular and open classes at the beaches and in Lu Jong Garden twice a week in the morning and/or afternoon.
