My journey to Lu Jong began through both a spiritual search and a desire to find greater balance amidst the stresses of modern life. What I discovered was a practice that speaks to both body and mind—simple in its form, yet profound in its effects.
Through regular practice, Lu Jong has helped me improve my physical wellbeing, cultivate emotional balance, and develop a deeper connection with myself. It has become an important part of how I navigate life's challenges with greater awareness, ease, and resilience.
Professionally, my background is in marketing, creative work, and business coaching. Throughout my career, I have been interested in human development, communication, and meaningful transformation. Lu Jong brought these interests together in a practical and embodied way.
Teaching is something I genuinely enjoy. I love working with people and creating a warm, welcoming space where learning can happen naturally. For me, Lu Jong is not about achieving something extraordinary — it is about rediscovering what is already present within us: balance, vitality, and joy.
I teach Lu Jong primarily as a method for health and wellbeing. Through mindful movement, breathing, and awareness, students can experience positive changes that support both their physical and emotional lives. What I most wish for my students is to take life a little more lightly, to trust the flow of life, and to discover the joy that can arise through movement, breathing, and presence.
