Lu Jong, this precious and ancient physical, mental, and spiritual practice, has opened my heart and deepened my understanding of love and optimal well-being. I'm grateful to Tulku Lobsang for making this ancient wisdom accessible to us.
I'm a dentist and I believe learning this healing practices have helped me to have a more holistic and compassionate approach when treating my patients. Besides dentistry, I teach Lu Jong in my online and in-person classes and retreats.
The wisdom and knowledge gained from studying Buddhism and Lu Jong have transformed my life in every aspect and I'm passionate about sharing this beautiful knowledge of love with others.
