12 years ago I met Master Lobsang and my awakening was so profound through compassion, that I continued taking 3 teachings a year in person.
His teachings entered deeper and deeper into my mind and in my heart, transforming my vision of life, my desires and the way in which I related to people and to myself.
Taking the Shine training was born from compassion, from the desire that everyone can awaken mental calm and have a tool that can be used at all times, without depending on anyone but oneself.
Mis Cursos
At this moment I am teaching Shine level 1 meditation advice individually and in small groups.
I am also providing advice to companies for stress control through meditation and breathing.
Shine for children's
I am also planning, for March, a meditation workshop for children, which will be taught in schools, where the basics of Shine meditation will be taught along with a Taijiquan plan.
