Sobre mí
I am a passionate Lu Jong Teacher and a Tibetan Five Elements Practices Teacher for more than two years now, teaching mostly online children as well as adults.
My intention is to combine a regular Lu Jong practice including daily meditation with a healthy mind and a happy soul! In such a manner I can hopefully help you to find a way to a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle practicing beneficial daily habits.

Mis Cursos
If you want to participate, I would be very glad to be your teacher and suggest, that we start with a free trial lesson first, to get to known each other and to get a picture of your Lu Jong abilities. When you are a beginner I will try to lead you thoroughly through all the stages until you feel comfortable with yourself and my instructions.
