I started my journey into the eastern healing modalitys in 1994. Tai Chi Chuan Yang style was my main focus for the next 25 yrs .. participant of European Championship in internal Martial Arts with bronze in 2010 and Silver in 2012.
Seven years ago I discovered Lu Jong and I was mezmerized by the instant access to the bodys energy ..and the self healing practice
