Sobre mí
Desde el año 2000, me dedico a divulgar y enseñar técnicas de salud que ayuden a todas las personas, sin excepción, a su bienestar físico, mental y emocional, y desde entonces es mi proyecto de vida.
Por eso me formé como educadora y profesora de Lujong 1 y Tog Chöd 1 para ayudar aportar las valiosas enseñanzas que he recibido de mi Maestro Tulku Lobsang, y que me han encaminado a mi evolución espiritual.
También soy instructora y formadora de Qigong y Taichi .
Actualmente imparto mis clases y talleres en Córdoba y otras provincias de Andalucía, España.
Since 2000, I have been dedicated to spreading and teaching health techniques that help all people, without exception, to their physical, mental and emotional well-being, and since then it has been my life project. That is why I trained as an educator and teacher of Lujong 1 and Tog Chöd 1 to help bring the valuable teachings that I have received from my Master Tulku Lobsang, and that have led me to my spiritual evolution.
In addition, I am an instructor and trainer of Qigong and Taichi.
I currently teach my classes and workshops in Córdoba and other provinces of Andalusia, Spain.
