Sobre mí
Ich freue mich, Menschen aus allen Lebensbereichen mit meiner Lebenserfahrung sowie meinem fachlichen Wissen zu begleiten und zu unterstützen. Dieses basiert auf meiner Ausbildung und Tätigkeit als Master of Arts in Art Education, Kunsttherapeutin (Mal- und Gestalttherapie), Meditationsleiterin, Spiritual Coach, Lehrerin der Tibetan Five Elements Practices sowie Lu Jong 1 Teacher sowie von Anfang an dem Leben überhaupt.
All diese Erfahrungen und Methoden fliessen für mich zu einem ganzheitlichen Ansatz zusammen. Gerne leiste ich dort meinen Beitrag, wo er sinnvoll ist und Menschen auf ihrem individuellen Weg unterstützen kann. Unterdessen vertiefe ich kontinuierlich meine Praxis und bilde mich fort, offen für alles, was es weiterhin zu lernen und zu erfahren gibt.

I am passionate about supporting and accompanying people from all walks of life, drawing on my personal life experience as well as my professional expertise. This includes my background as a Master of Arts in Art Education, art therapist (painting and expressive arts therapy), meditation instructor, spiritual coach, teacher of the Tibetan Five Elements Practices, and Lu Jong Level 1 teacher, as from the beginning - life itself.
For me, these disciplines naturally flow together into a holistic approach. I am happy to contribute wherever my work is meaningful and can support individuals on their personal journey.
In parallel, I continue to deepen my practice and remain committed to ongoing learning, staying open to everything there is still to explore and understand.
