Ancient wisdom teachings kept alive especially in Asia, but also around the globe has always been my interest.
When I discovered teachings from the Tibetan Buddhist master Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche I started my teacher educational journey.
First I dived into the education of Lu Jong 1, followed by the Tibetan Five Elements Practices and Shiné – Traditional Tibetan Shamatha Meditation.
I also had the possibilities to take the Six Yogas of Naropa online live course and the teachings on Tummo.
The benefits of practicing all these precious teachings are manifesting themselves in my daily life in all dimension.

Az ősi bölcsesség tanításai, amelyeket különösen Ázsiában tartottak életben, de a világ minden táján is az érdeklődésem állandó része volt.
Amikor felfedeztem Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche Tibeti Buddhista Mester tanításait, elkezdtem a Tanárképző tanulmányaim.
Először belemerültem a Lu Jong 1 oktatásban, azután követte a Tibeti Öt Elem Gyakorlatok és Shiné – Hagyományos Tibeti Shamatha Meditáció.
Lehetőségem volt online élő tanfolyamon résztvenni: Náropa hat jógája és Tummo tanításokon.
