Sobre mí
Tsu-Ching Yu met Tulku Lobsang during his first trip to Canada in Toronto in 2013, where
she learned the Lu Jong Five Elements movements. Doing these movements daily greatly
benefited her and she took refuge with Tulku Lobsang during a pilgrimage in India, learned
the whole Lu Jong 1, and decided to become a teacher of Lu Jong.
Currently, Tsu-Ching is learning Sowa Rigpa (Tibetan Medicine) at the Sowa Rigpa Institute with Dr. Nida Chenagtsang.
