“Be the change you wish to see in the world” Mahatma Gandhi
I was born and raised in the North West of England and moved to Monaco in my 30s. I was plunged into a life that was artificial and a long way from the solid roots of my family.
I was also restricted by my own emotional prison, and decided to start my personal transformation via therapy, Tibetan yogas and a spiritual practice that allowed me to recover the essence of my energy and soul.
My work is to now help others identify and remove their own obstacles and be the best they can be.

All are available in English and French and take place in Monaco and across the French Côte d’Azur.
I am also part of the organisation team for the Tibetan Yogas Festival held every year in Auron, France.
