Sobre mí
Sociologist and project manager, I take different paths combining my passions for living traditions and culture in the broadest sense of the word. Alongside my professional activities, I developed a deep interest in Tibetan Buddhism and Himalayan cultures. I travelled during many years to Nepal At the time, I live part of the year (sommer time) in Ladakh where I nourish my spiritual roots.
Since 2013, I reached Tulkula’s teaching with joy and gratitude. I fell a devoted connection to my master Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche.
Since 2020, I teach Tog Chöd, Lu Jong and Shine practice.
I also did the Buddhist Psychology training.
