Sobre mí
I practised as a corporate lawyer in London before setting up and running property services and investment companies in the 1990’s. My interest in, and use of Yoga and Eastern Medicine started at that time to deal with executive stress and recover from various illnesses and accidents.
I now run my own Yoga business in West Berkshire offering Iyengar and Lu Jong 5 Elements yoga classes, workshops and retreats alongside Yoga Therapy
https://www.sheepdroveyoga.com. Having trained first as a yoga, mindfulness and meditation teacher I then did additional in-depth training to gain a Diploma in Yoga Therapy and Butekyo breathing therapy. I also hold a MA in Traditions of Yoga and Meditation from SOAS, University of London. I am currently training to be an Integrative Yoga Psychotherapist which integrates counselling and psychotherapy skills with yoga therapy.
I am a Founder Member of the Yoga Therapy Association, an accredited practitioner of the Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNCP) and British Association of Mindfulness Based Approaches (BAMBA) and student member of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (NCIP). I am a board member of the Tibetan and Eastern Medical Association and lead meditation and 5 Elements Lu Jong Yoga at their annual retreats -
