Sobre mí
I am a dance therapist specialising in dance and movement (federal diploma Switzerland).
I divide my professional life between personal dance and development projects and part-time jobs. On the one hand, I work in an outpatient psychiatric clinic for children, adolescents and adults, "Clinique Dis7", and on the other, in the "Zambotte" retirement home in Savièse. This allows me to accompany people between the ages of 4 and 100 and to witness their development.
I spend my everyday life with my family and my various creative projects.
I am an enthousiastic person, I enjoy life, creating, travelling, my own self-development and accompanying other people in their self-realisation.
My strengths are to call projects off the beaten track into the world, to accompany people in their further development and self-realisation and my focus and clarity help me to do this.

At the moment I offer the following workshops :
- " Meditative dance - Transform your anger " - Sword dance " Tog Chöd ", 1x/month, Saturday between 9.00-11.00 am. Target audience : from 14 years
- " Which archetype are you today " - Dance of the archetypes , 1/x month, Friday evening between 19.00-21.30. Target audience : women aged 40 and over
- " Body Mov'Art " - Dance in museums, by agreement with the museums, on request. Target audience : from 14 years
- " Feel and experience the body " - Mindfulness in the body and body image work. On request. Target audience : company offer, from 18 years of age
- " Your creativity - your potential " - Moving and painting. On request. Target audience : from 18 years
- " Move and transform " - Sword dance " Tog Chöd ". On request. Target audience : Institutions for young people with psychiatric disorders.

Ich bin Tanztherapeutin Fachrichtung Tanz und Bewegung (Schweizerisches Eidgenössisches Diplom).
Meinen Berufsalltag teile ich zwischen persönlichen Tanz- und Weiterentwicklungsprojekten, sowie zwischen Teilzeitjobs. Einerseits arbeite ich in einer ambulanten Kinder-, Jugend und Erwachsenenpsychiatrie « Clinique Dis7 » und andererseits im Altersheim « Zambotte » in Savièse. So darf ich Menschen zwischen 4-100-jährig begleiten und deren Entwicklung miterleben.
Meinen Lebensalltag verbringe ich meiner Familie und meinen verschiedenen kreativen Projekten.
Ich bin ein enthousiastischer Mensch, habe Freude am Leben, am kreieren, am Reisen, an meiner eigenen Selbst- und Weiterentwicklung sowie andere Menschen in deren Selbstverwirklichung zu begleiten.
Meine Stärken sind Projekte abseits der Pfade in die Welt zu rufen, Personen in ihrer Weiterentwicklung und Selbstverwirklichung zu begleiten und da helfen mir mein Fokus und meine Klarheit.
Und ich freue mich auch Dich kennenzulernen und dich begleiten zu dürfen.

- « Welche Archetypin bist du heute » - Tanz der Archetypinnen , 1/x Monat, Freitag abend zwischen 19.00-21.30 Uhr. Zielpublikum : Frauen ab 40 Jahren
