I am Oleg Gritskevich, a mountain guide and author living in Georgia, between Batumi and Gudauri.
I am deeply grateful to have found my teacher in Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche. His kindness and clear guidance turned my interest in Tibetan practice into a path of study and daily practice. I share Tsa Lung as I received it from Rinpoche, taking care to stay faithful to his transmission.
My working life has been in the mountains. I have guided more than 150 ski-touring and freeride trips from the Caucasus to the Himalayas and written three guidebooks to the mountains of Georgia. Through AMNIMAKEN (Wind & Mind), I bring mountain and ocean journeys together with practice.
I teach in small groups, so that movements and breathing can be taught and corrected individually. Tsa Lung can be learned on its own, in my mountain cabins near Gudauri or in the jungle and by the ocean in Sri Lanka. It can also be woven into ski-touring, surfing and freediving journeys. No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed, only curiosity and a willingness to practise.
I teach in English and Russian.
Mis Cursos
I teach Tsa Lung in formats of different length, from a one-day introduction and weekend courses to intensive practice and five-day retreats. Some courses focus on Gentle Tsa Lung. Longer formats include the complete practice with Trül Khor.
Retreats take place in my mountain cabins near Gudauri, Georgia, and in Sri Lanka, in the jungle and by the ocean. Tsa Lung can also be part of ski-touring, surfing and freediving journeys, and I am open to collaborations with retreat centres and camps.
