Sobre mí
When I was a child, I preferred going into the woods alone to meditate rather than playing with dolls with the other children. I was not understood by the people around me, and I did not understand myself either. This deep love and respect for nature naturally led me to train as a mountain and coastal guide.
For nearly twenty years, I travelled through remote Himalayan regions, where I had the opportunity to meet authentic yogis who introduced me to Tsa Lung and Tummo.
I also studied Tibetan massage with several Tibetan doctors and volunteered with Tibet Charity, providing care and support to elderly Tibetan refugees in Dharamsala.
Throughout my journey, I have had the opportunity to receive teachings and encouragement from several great masters, including His Holiness the Gyalwang Drukpa, His Holiness the Dalai Lama, His Holiness the Karmapa, Yangsi Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche, and his holiness Lungtok Dawa Dargyal Rinpoche (34th Menri Trizin). I am deeply grateful to them for their kindness and support at different stages of my path.
I would also like to express my gratitude to Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche, who recently certified me as a Gentle Tsa Lung teacher.
I have undertaken several solitary retreats in Nepal, India, Bhutan, Scotland, and various countries in Europe, the longest of which lasted six months.
Mis Cursos
Until now, I have mainly taught yoga and certain body-based practices voluntarily to Nepalese, Tibetan, and Bhutanese friends. Since becoming certified as a Gentle Tsa Lung teacher by Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche, I would now like to share this experience within a Buddhist or Bön environment and offer these practices in a quiet place conducive to practice.
I hope to have the opportunity to share my experience in a Buddhist centre, while continuing my own path of practice and retreat, with the aspiration of one day being able to devote more time to retreat in Bhutan.
