Highlights from the 2017 INTERNATIONAL GANG GYOK DAY

The day opened with Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche in Barcelona, Spain.
Communities from all around the world came together to run or walk using the Gang Gyok Tibetan Running Technique.
The annual event promotes Rinpoche’s message of World Health and Happiness.
