Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche

Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche is a high Buddhist master and teacher. Born in Amdo, north-eastern Tibet, Tulku-la was recognized at the age of 13 as the eighth reincarnation of the Nyentse Lama. Rinpoche bases his teachings on the ancient knowledge of Tantrayana, which is the foundation of both Tibetan Buddhism and Tibetan Medicine. Tulku-la travels through Europe, America and Asia sharing his deep knowledge of this precious wisdom.

Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche’s teachings are characterized by his kind, humorous, and warm-hearted nature. Rinpoche bridges worlds and translates the ancient wisdom of his venerable transmission lineage into practical advice for the present day. Tulku-la’s greatest wish is to reduce suffering in the world by sharing this profound treasure of wisdom. Rinpoche’s traditional background and charismatic, straightforward style make him a wonderful and wise teacher.

Rückblick; Tummo Retreat Switzerland 3.-9. August 2015

Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche unterrichtete die Tummo Praxis während des Retreats, welches auf dem Chlotisberg in der Schweiz stattfand.

Mit  der Tummo-Praxis  können wir unser inneres Weisheitsfeuer generieren, um Chakren zu verbrennen. Das ist wichtig um sicherzustellen, dass alle Energien in unserem Körper ungehindert fliessen können. Rinpoche erklärte, wie man das Feuer visualisieren kann, welches im engen Zusammenhang mit der Glückseligkeit steht. Die Teilnehmer erlernten unterschiedliche Visualisierungen und Körperbewegungen, die dabei helfen, diese Glückseligkeit zu entwickeln. Zudem sprach Tulku Lobsang über den feinstofflichen Körper und Geist. Er erklärte die grossartigen Möglichkeiten der Meditation. Denn Meditation hilft uns dabei, die Vollendungsstufe des Geistes zu erreichen und durch die Praxis des Mitgefühls gegenüber anderen, die Erleuchtung zu erlangen.
Die Unterweisungen waren gekennzeichnet von den Weisheitsbelehrungen des Tantrayana Buddhismus, Rinpoches Weisheit und seinem Sinn für Humor. Die Teilnehmer gingen mit einem Korb voller nützlicher Werkzeuge nach Hause, welche es ermöglichen, die Praxis im Alltag zu integrieren.

Review; Tummo Retreat Switzerland 3.-9. August 2015

Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche taught the Tummo practice during the retreat, which was held on the Chlotisberg, in Switzerland.

While practicing Tummo, we can generate our inner wisdom fire, in order to burn chakras. That’s important in order to make sure that all energies can flow in our body. Rinpoche explained, how to visualize the fire, which is connected with bliss. The participants learned different visualizations and body movements in order to develop bliss. Additionally, Tulku Lobsang talked about the subtle body and mind. He eplained the great possibilities of meditation. Meditation helps us to maintain a completion state of mind and reach enlightenment through the practice of compassion towards others.
The teachings were marked by the wisdom teachings of the Tantrayana buddhism, Rinpoches wisdom and his sense of humor. The participants went back home with basket full with many useful practice tools for their daily life.
