10:00 – 11:15: THE POWER OF DECISION
To decide brings space – the space in which change can happen. Everything changes anyway, but when we decide for ourselves, we define the direction.

11:30 – 12:30: LU JONG & 5 ELEMENTS
Lu Jong is rooted in Tibetan medicine, which considers the human body to be composed of the five elements: earth, fire, water, wind, and space. When these elements are in balance within us, we are healthy – if they are out of balance, we get ill.

LUNCHBREAK
You can eat, meditate and stroll along the booths. During the breaks, the volunteer team of the Bürgertreff MiT will provide food and refreshments (not included in the entrance fee).

16:15 – 17:15: HOW TO KEEP A CALM MIND IN CHALLENGING TIMES

We learn how embracing change helps us deal with the difficult emotions that most of us are facing in these times of global crisis.

17:30 – 18:00: MANTRA SINGING
Not only in Tibet it is believed that sound, vibrations and oscillations of mantras – of special word sequences – have a healing effect.

10:00 – 11:15: TSA LUNG – THE TIBETAN BREATH & ENERGY PRACTICE
Tsa Lung is a powerful method through which we can enhance and strengthen our physical and mental health in a wonderful way and achieve deep mental stillness by purposefully holding our breath in combination with special physical movements and visualizations.

Saying NO can be a wise and compassionate practice. It helps us to stay balanced, take care of ourselves, and to help others from a place of clarity and strength. When we say 'no' with awareness, it becomes an expression of inner wisdom and true healing.

Bardo is the “intermediate state” during the dying process, in which the different elements that make up the body and mind gradually dissolve and in which different states of mind are experienced. Being aware of this and using this important moment, it will free us from the fear of death and have a profound effect on our next life.

16:00 – 17:00: HEALING MEDITATION
A precious meditation technique that brings body and mind into balance.
