About me
Since childhood, I've been fascinated by the art of movement.
Initially, I practised classical ballet until I discovered yoga and other movement disciplines such as Tao Yoga, Meridian Chi Kung and the 5-Rhythms dance. Further searching for my real purpose in life, I attended a five-year Bodywork and Life Art training from 2004. This intensive training was extended over the years by many other national and international courses and workshops which make me an enthusiastic and experienced body & mind coach.
In 2010 I discovered Lu Jong and since 2013 I am a certified Lu Jong 1 teacher.
In 2013 me and my family took a sabbatical year in which we travelled through Asia and New Zealand. In search of real Buddhism, we spent 3 months in India and Nepal. In Nepal I practised yoga, was taught by a Lama and we stayed among monks in a Buddhist monastery. There I found inner peace and simplicity in the midst of an overwhelming nature.
In 2017 I became a certified Tog Chöd Teacher.
Over the years, I attended many more retreats and workshops with Tulku Lama Lobsang.
Sharing all these unique and acquired experiences and wisdom with others to improve and maintain our health is my greatest mission!
