The health of our subtle body is of primary importance to the health of our physical body and our mental happiness. Blockages in the channels cause imbalances in our body systems – as vital nutrients, oxygen and blood don’t flow properly – as well as problems on an energetic and mental level.
TSA LUNG is an ancient Tantrayana method that combines breath retention, physical movement, and visualization to move our wind-energy throughout the body, allowing it to reach deeper and deeper places and open more and more subtle channels. It is a transformative practice that works intensively with our subtle body through the breath. The subtle body is composed of channels (tsa) and the wind-energy (lung) and essence that flow through them.
Through holding the breath in combination with specific physical movements and visualizations, we direct our wind energy through the whole body and allow it to reach deep places in our body to open more and more subtle channels and release blockages. The more freely, gently and deeply the wind can flow in our channels, the calmer and more peaceful our mind becomes.
In this seminar Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche shows us how we can increase and strengthen our physical and mental health in a wonderful way and how we can achieve deep mental stillness.
