Teachings Topics

It is not enough to simply hear a teaching. For a teaching to have true, lasting benefit it needs to be given in the right way and taken in the right way. We need the right teacher, the right teaching, and the right way to receive.
- Lu Jong
  
  Lu Jong is an ancient practice rooted in Tibetan Medicine that releases blockages on the physical, mental and energetic levels. Doing this movement practice makes us healthier, and also more calm and balanced.
- Tsa Lung
  
  With Tsa Lung we work with the breath. This is the way to touch deep within the body and open more subtle channels. Change the breath; change the mind.
- Tummo
  
  This Inner Fire practice is a method for deep transformation. It opens us on the subtlest level, melts our karmic blockages and completely changes us. Our body is the diamond key. Through it, we are able to achieve diamond wisdom.
- Bliss
  
  This practice utilizes the vehicle of the body to enable us to go beyond the conceptual mind. In this way we achieve higher realizations about the nature of ourselves and reality and develop deep compassion.
- Rigpa
  
  Rigpa is how we come to know the true nature of the mind, which is emptiness. Because of emptiness, everything arises. When we know the mind, we know all.
- Guru Yoga
  
  Guru Yoga is the spine of Tantrayana. Without this feeling, there is no strength, no power. By cultivating devotion, we reduce our obstacles and receive blessings in our practice.

  Problems are our best teachers. They give us the opportunity to transform ourselves. Lo Jong shows us to use problems to train our mind to be calm and peaceful in any situation.
- Kum Nye
  
  Kum Nye is Tibetan massage. It helps spread our essence throughout the body and makes everything flow. This restoration is especially important for Tantrayana practitioners, since we work so intensively with the body and channels.

  Tulku Lobsang founded this Wisdom Sword Practice—a moving meditation with a sword. This powerful technique harnesses our inner power, bringing us swiftly into the present moment, slaying our fears and expectations.
- Gyulu
  
  If we can cut through the illusion of temporary existence, if we can recognize that nothing exists the way we believe it to and that it is just a projection of our thought, then we can exist infinitely.
- Sleep Yoga
  
  Every time we fall asleep we naturally reach the clear light state of mind, the most pure, subtle consciousness. This happens automatically, but to catch it and achieve realizations, we need to practice.
- Dream Yoga
  
  Even when we are asleep we can continue our Buddhist practices. With Dream Yoga we try to realize the dream as a dream, and then we can understand illusion.
- Fearless Death
  
  With exercises and meditations we can prepare ourselves now to navigate the different phases of death. In this way, we will recognize when we enter Bardo, the intermediate state, and thereby have a profound affect on our next life.

  This is a yogic running technique. Using visualizations and special breath techniques, one can learn to harness great power and boundless energy.

Tulku Lobsang has been invited to give a public lecture at the University of Barcelona about “The Question as an Answer for a Better World”.

As Rinpoche teaches, happiness can be achieved, and a better world is possible if we try to go beyond our limitations. But to do this, we need to ask one question... the right question: "what is nature?”.

This is the only question that can liberate us from our limitations.
