EVENT INFORMATION:
- The event starts on Wednesday, 27 November 2024 with dinner at 19:00h (Check-in with Nangten Menlang from 17:30h to 18:45h) and ends on Sunday, 01 December 2024 at 14:00h after lunch.
- This event requires in-person-attendance.
- Rinpoche will be teaching in English, with translations provided in German, Spanish, and Portuguese. During the registration process you will be asked if you will need translation. This information is very important for us, so that we know how many translation devices will be needed.
- The Empowerment is accessible to everyone, with no prerequisites needed for joining.
- Rinpoche will give samayas (commitments). If you find yourself unable to adhere to these samayas, you’re welcome to receive the Empowerment purely as a spiritual blessing, meaning you participate for the blessing and to forge a connection.

BUS TRANSFER:
- Bus transfer from and to Barcelona Airport:
- Wednesday, 27 November 2024: The bus will leave Terminal 1 at 3:00 p.m. Meeting point: Restaurant Go Natural (Terminal 1, Floor 1, Arrivals, public area). If you arrive at Terminal 2 there is a shuttle connecting both terminals very frequently. The bus trip from the airport to the hotel takes about one hour and a half.
- Sunday, 1 December 2024: The bus departure from the hotel to the airport will be at 2:30 pm.
- The bus transfer between airport and hotel is not included. It can be booked via Teresa Rivas. You can find her contact details above. The price for the bus transfer is € 60 for both ways.

For this event, Special Cancellation Conditions apply which are different from the General Cancellation Conditions contained in Nangten Menlang International's General Event Terms and Conditions. These Special Cancellation Conditions apply to every booking – independent of whether any payments have been made.
In case of a cancellation of your booking, a cancellation fee will be charged as specified below. In case any payments have already been made before the cancellation, the paid amount will be reimbursed less the applying cancellation fee. In case no payments have been made before the cancellation, you will be sent an invoice for the applying cancellation fee:
- Cancellation by 27 August 2024: 45 Euro

Cancellation between 28 August and 27 October 2024: 150 Euro
- Cancellation between 28 October and 16 November 2024: 340 Euro
- Cancellation after 16 November 2024: 100 % of the total event price
If a replacement participant for the same room category is named, only a fee of 45 Euro will apply, regardless of the time of cancellation. |
