The subtle body—composed of channels (Tsa), wind-energy (Lung), and essence (Tigle)—is the foundation of our physical health and mental clarity. When the wind-energy flows freely through the channels, the body becomes vibrant and the mind naturally returns to its calm and joyful state. However, due to stress, emotions, and habits, blockages form in the channels, restricting this vital flow.
Tsa Lung is a powerful practice from Tantrayana Buddhism that helps open and purify the channels by working directly with the breath and energy through movement and awareness. As the winds begin to flow, we regain balance, strength, and inner freedom. This practice not only supports physical well-being but also deepens meditative experience and self-healing.
In this advanced-level intensive seminar, Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche will guide participants more deeply into the Tsa Lung practice. Through more refined breath-holding techniques, subtle body movements, and precise visualizations, Rinpoche will teach how to direct the wind-energy into deeper layers of the subtle body—awakening its natural healing and transformative potential.
This intensive seminar builds upon the foundation taught in the previous Tsa Lung seminar and is especially suited for those who have prior experience with subtle body practices. However, all committed practitioners who feel called to engage more deeply in this sacred method are warmly welcome to join.
