Our true nature is always hidden. Our whole life and identity is based on our inner nature, and yet it remains unknown to us. We only know our temporary, surface nature. This temporary nature is based on our thoughts, which are always changing. This is why our life is such a mystery and changes in every moment. But even our thoughts arise from our hidden nature—it is the basis of our whole life. And so, without knowing our hidden nature, we suffer and live life like a dream based on our own illusions. When we find our hidden nature, we find our home. Then our illusions dissolve and we find liberation in the hidden world. This is our true nature.
In this teaching, Tulku Lobsang guides us toward our true nature, revealing to us that which has been hidden, our innermost selves.

Waarom lijkt het leven zo'n mysterie, is het als een droom gebaseerd op onze eigen illusies en waarom lijden we? Dat komt omdat we alleen onze tijdelijke en alledaagse aard kennen en niet weten wat ons diepste wezen is, onze ware aard is verborgen. Maar hoe vind je deze?
Op dinsdagavond 14 november leidt Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche, tijdens de lezing ‘Find your hidden nature’, je naar je verborgen ware aard en laat zien wat tot nu verborgen is, je diepste wezen. Je diepste wezen leren kennen, is als werkelijk thuiskomen; je geest komt tot rust en je bent niet langer overgeleverd aan verstorende emoties en vind daarmee vrede.

Tsor Gom staat binnen het Tibetaanse Tantrayana Boeddhisme bekend als een bijzondere, sterk helende meditatietechniek. Deze techniek helpt ons om de disbalans tussen de elementen én tussen lichaam en geest te herstellen.
In deze workshop we leren hoe we visualisaties, ademhalingstechnieken en meditatie-oefeningen kunnen gebruiken om de balans tussen lichaam en geest te herstellen en om blokkades op te heffen.
Dit stelt ons in staat om ons zelfgenezend vermogen te activeren.  Zo kun je vanuit zachtheid en liefde een innerlijk helingsproces in gang zetten en zo diepe rust en ontspanning ervaren.

As projects become more complex to manage with different demands from multiple stakeholders, how can you be happy and healthy while facing these challenges, day by day? Why is it so difficult to stay in the flow at work?
Well tested ancient principles and practices for perfect health and happiness might help. Their secret is to learn to open the body, heart and mind and connect with them all three.
 
In this masterclass you will learn the practices for increasing (and keeping) your body and mind in a flow. You will learn to practice them in a workcontext alone and with others and experience how you feel more joyful and at work more effective.
Tulku Lobsang will be assisted by Sander Tideman, a leadership researcher, trainer and advisor, trained in these practices.  He applies them daily to business leadership, managers and in organisations.

In deze workshop zal Rinpoche ons kennis laten maken met de veranderingen die tijdens het sterven zullen plaatsvinden.
Sterven is een natuurlijk proces, die alle levende wezens zullen meemaken. Het is zo natuurlijk dat we dit in een versneld tempo iedere dag tijdens het in slaapvallen ook meemaken. Doordat onze geest niet wakker is, zijn we niet in staat om dit proces  te ervaren. Daardoor blijven we in grote onrust als we aan onze dood denken of aan die van de geliefde.

Rinpoche zal zowel theoretisch als met oefeningen ons kennis laten maken met het stervensproces waarbij we weer in contact kunnen komen met onze innerlijke Boeddhanatuur;  de innerlijke goeroe.
Dit zal ons werkelijk het inzicht geven dat sterven een omarmen is van ons innerlijk licht, waar we iedere dag al in kunnen verwijlen.

Feeling compassion for one oneself and for others in times of deep personal grief and pain will transform your life. We all need love and the moment we start to understand love in all its dimensions, we begin to cultivate it from within ourselves. 

Self-care and self-compassion are the first steps to gradually become more compassionate and self-confident.  In contrast perhaps to our belief that self-care and compassion can make us weak and vulnerable, they generate a very firm and stable inner base. Compassion is by nature gentle and peaceful but at the same time also very powerful. It helps to remove all fears and insecurities.  It gives us the courage to cope with any kind of obstacle we encounter. 

In this retreat you will receive a series of guided meditation for the cultivation of the “Four Immeasurables”: loving-kindness, compassion,  joy, and equanimity.  The practice of the Four Immeasurables opens your heart step by step and cultivates a deep warmhearted feeling. You will also learn how to bring this experience into your daily life through the practice of Tibetan Mind training. If you develop a sincere and open heart, you will naturally feel more self- worth and self-confidence. This will change your world! Through the  cultivation of compassion you will be more relaxed, you will overcome depression and loneliness. You will be healthier and you will have better relationships. It is the key to a happier world!
