Teaching Fee: € 225.00 After reservation and payment of the teaching fee you will receive information on accommodation options and an additional payment link to reserve and pay for your room and meals.
Accommodation (1 night) and all meals as well as coffee/tea breaks:
- Single Room € 300.00
- Double Room € 280.00 per person
- Only Meals € 175.00 (in this case you will have to organise accommodation and breakfast on Sunday morning yourself)
- If you would like to arrive on Friday afternoon it is possible to book an additional night including breakfast, estimated additional costs € 105.00. Contact the organizer if you are interested in this option. - Most rooms have shared bathroom. It is advised to bring your own bathrobe in case of night time bathroom visits. Linen and towels will be provided. - Klooster is a monastery of the Dominican tradition offering a chapel, meditation room and daily evensong and morning service.

Arrival by train: Arnhem Station is the nearest train station, it is possible to book a taxi or Uber to travel to the retreat location, estimated time 20 minutes.
Arrival by plane: Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is 75 minutes from Arnhem Station by train, every hour 2 trains are running to Arnhem directly. Eindhoven Airport is 20 minutes by bus to Eindhoven train station and 1 hour by train from Eindhoven station to Arnhem.

Tsa Lung is an ancient Tantrayana method that combines breath retention, physical movement, and visualization to move our wind-energy throughout the body, allowing it to reach deeper and deeper places and open more and more subtle channels. It is a transformative practice that works intensively with our subtle body through the breath. The subtle body is composed of channels (tsa) as well as the wind-energy (lung) and essence (tigle) that flow through those channels.
The health of our subtle body is of primary importance to the health of our physical body and our mental happiness. Blockages in the channels cause imbalances in our body systems – as vital nutrients, oxygen and blood don’t flow properly – as well as problems on an energetic and mental level.
Through holding the breath in combination with specific physical movements and visualizations, we direct our wind energy through the whole body and allow it to reach deep places in our body to open more and more subtle channels and release blockages. The more freely, gently and deeply the wind can flow in our channels, the calmer and more peaceful our mind becomes.
In this retreat, Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche shows us how we can increase and strengthen our physical and mental health in a wonderful way and how we can achieve deep mental stillness.
