From Salzburg/Linz take the A1 (highway) to “Knoten Steinhäusl”, then take the motorway A21 and pull out at the exit “Mayerling”. Then take main road B 210 heading in the direction Baden to Helenental. After 7km you will arrive at the hotel on your right hand side. Coming from the direction Vienna or Graz, take the motorway A2 until exit Baden, depart there, then you get to main road B210 where you head towards Helenental/Westautobahn. After approx. 6km after leaving Baden behind you, you will find the hotel on your left hand side. Coming from the airport, you take the motorway A4 and pull out at the exit S1. Then head towards the direction Linz and take the A21 until the exit Heiligenkreuz. Then take the main road B210 directly to Helenental, heading towards Baden. After 6km you will find the hotel on the right hand side. (Approx. 50 minutes) Arrival by train: Train station “Baden bei Wien”. For detailed railway information and train connections see: www.oebb.at Arrival by bus: Monday to Friday, ÖBB busses with the number 306 run from Baden “Josefsplatz” in the direction of "Heiligenkreuz" to Krainerhütte. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel and is called “Helenental Krainerhütte”. Arrival by plane: Airport Wien Schwechat (33 km) transport links to Baden via Vienna by bus or train or directly by taxi. Kata Offering Ceremony: During this teaching, Rinpoche will offer a short blessing ceremony. Traditionally, you can make a kata (blessing scarf) offering where you approach Rinpoche with a kata folded in half and held in your prayer mudra. Rinpoche will then put the kata over your head as a blessing. If you wish to participate in this ceremony, please bring your own kata. There will also be katas available on location. When body, breath and mind are one, then we are really in our power and truly happy. This is exactly what the practice of Lu Jong, Tsa Lung and meditation enables.

Lu Jong – Tibetan Healing Yoga works with the body, with our channels - it allows the hardened channels to become supple again. Through Tsa Lung, we move our wind energy (our breath) through the body, allowing it to reach ever deeper places and open more and more subtle channels. The meditation that follows allows our stressed mind to become calm. In this way, body, breath and mind become one inseparable entity.

But at the moment, whether consciously or unconsciously, we suffer from the fact that body, breath and mind are separate, that they do not really work together. And so we often feel stressed, exhausted or suffer from negative emotions.

In this Retreat, Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche will show us the exercises of Lu Jong, we will work intensively with the breath and Rinpoche will guide us in meditations. Thanks to special techniques we will relax our mind and let body, breath and mind become a complete unity. In this way, we will experience the deep inner peace, the inner strength and the happiness we have been searching for so long.
