Über mich
Since 2009 I have been following teachings of the Tibetan Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche.
With him I followed the Lu Jong teacher education, and also the Mindfulness Meditation teacher education.
Ever since I have been teaching either in Amsterdam, in different yoga schools, in Ibiza and online. On many occasions I combined the sessions of yoga with piano and poetry. Or, when the class was on the beach, a nice coffee after the session in the beach bar :)
I am fascinated by the way the Buddhists see things and love to share a little fraction of these interesting insights. Do not hesitate to ask me any question, I will be glad to answer.
