Über mich
Up until the age of 30 I trained as a professional dancer. Becoming a mother helped me understand that I was not a performer although being of service to others was always in the foreground. In 1989 I concluded my training program in Shiatsu and opened a studio for Shiatsu and holistic body therapy. Learning Lu Jong has been a wonderful experience which allows for a combination of body movement and deep inner movement as well as a spiritual component. This was my motivation for the Lu Jong 1teacher's certification which I successfully completed in 2018. I have continued to practice Lu Jong every day and the longer I practice the more I am aware of how beautiful this practice is on all levels, physical, psychological/mental and spiritual. I am still "in love" with Lu Jong and my enthusiasm for it has not wavered.
Meine Kurse
For the past three years I have been giving 3-4 day workshops for beginners and advanced students together. The workshops take place in a retreat center, Centro Arte, Cabbiolo (GR), Switzerland. The peace and quiet of Centro Arte allows us to dig deep into the five elements as well as allowing for time to concentrate on all the exercises. Being out of daily routines enhances the practice.
I have also given weekly classes in Ascona, Ticino, CH for students who enjoy working in a group and who are Sangha oriented.
