Über mich
I am happy and thankful that I discovered Tulkula and my teacher Heidi Vestrheim and my Sangha here in Bergen, Norway 11 years ago.
I then started practice Tog Chød which I love.
During lock down, I decided to deepen my knowledge and become a Lu Jong teacher. I have been a yoga teacher, teaching different yoga styles, pilates and Qoya ( yoga & dance ) for half my life. I also enjoy meeting clients and giving massages.
I am excited to show people how Lu Jong and 5 elements can improve their lives.
After all thats my experience, that moving my body, taking breaks is so good for a happy & healthy life.

My courses in Lu Jong and 5 elements are open to private persons and corporate businesses.
2024 I will teach courses in Landås, Bergen. Its also possible to book me to kicks offs and private events.
