Über mich
I completed my Five Elements teacher training in September 2021, and have taught online since.
In June 2022 I qualified as a Group Exercise instructor, and teach a blend of dance and low impact aerobics in person.
In 2023 I completed my advance qualification in teaching The Five Elements and am currently studying Clinical Yoga to be used as rehabilitation with my clients.
I love painting, walking, cold water swimming and gardening. I am passionate about health and wellbeing.
