Sociologist and project manager, I take different paths combining my passions for living traditions and culture in the broadest sense of the word. Alongside my professional activities, I developed a deep interest in Tibetan Buddhism and Himalayan cultures. I travelled during many years to Nepal At the time, I live part of the year (sommer time) in Ladakh-Zanskar where I nourish my spiritual roots.
I fell a deep and devoted connection to my master Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche.
I teach Lu Jong, Tog Chöd, Gentle & Intense Tsa Lung practice and Shiné - Traditional Tibetan Shamatha meditation.
I give Kum Nye massage.
